If you register or apply as an Artist for curation, we additionally collect:

• Description or bio submitted for display alongside your work;
• Links to marketplaces or storefronts where your featured work can be purchased.

This data is displayed publicly on your gallery listing so that visitors can discover and follow your work, and is used to credit you as the creator of the featured pieces.

1.4 User Content

• Artwork submissions, images, titles, and descriptions submitted for curation;
• Messages sent to the curator regarding submissions or collaboration;
• Feedback on the Platform's features.

This content is required for core Platform functionality (curation and display).

1.5 Visitor Interaction Data

• Basic usage data (e.g. pages viewed, gallery interactions) used to understand which works generate interest and to improve the curation experience.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect: phone numbers, physical addresses, precise location data, contacts, health or biometric data, or payment card details.

3. Payments & Purchases

Dramance.Curated does not process payments for artwork sales. All purchases happen on third-party seller or marketplace websites linked from the Platform, under those sellers' own terms and privacy practices. We do not collect, store, or process payment card information.

4. Data Sharing & Retention

We do not sell user data to third parties.

Artist profile data (pseudonym, avatar, social links, and submitted work) is displayed publicly on the gallery as part of the core purpose of the Platform, and shared with visitors by design.

Non-public account and device data is processed exclusively within our own systems and is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain your gallery listing, or meet legal obligations. Artists may request removal of their profile and associated public data at any time by contacting us; we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
